Thank you for shopping with Valen Cards. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or changes of mind.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we may offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

3. Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements may be issued based on the carrier’s resolution.

4. Condition of Items
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or for grading-related disagreements unless otherwise stated in the listing.

5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order is final.
